Very interesting book. Thanks for the tip, and congrats on the Fibs entry!
I'm curious to hear your and other people's thoughts on this ... I personally find many (certainly not all) formal poetic forms to be overly highbrow when it comes to writing for kids. That is: all form, no fun.
Paging through this book, do you feel that there are a lot of new forms that would lend themselves well to kid's poetry, or is it more of a needle in a haystack? (Or needle in a small pile of needles as the case may be.)
